OUR RATES
As the apartment is the owners’ holiday home it is only offered to friends and ‘friends of friends’. Accordingly, the letting rates are slightly below competitive charges for similar accommodation nearby. The property is only let to responsible families and no single males under the age of 40 will be accepted. The whole chalet – and especially this apartment – is a strictly non-smoking area. Smokers may use the balcony and ice bar.

The estimated closure of the Saalbach/Hinterglemm ski season is around April 13, but this could change depending on snow conditions. The Kitzsteinhorn Glacier opens until early May and is accessible via the new lift from the village of Kaprun, which is a short drive from Saalbach. It can be skied to from the new lift in Viehhofen into Zell am See. Ski down to the station and get the local ski bus into Kaprun.
All prices are totally inclusive of final cleaning and all linen.
Tourist tax is extra, at €2.05 per person per day. Children under the age of 15 years are exempt.
